Coastal Police is alert and on sea patrol 24 hours in 3 shifts to secure Coastal frontier by conducting boat patrolling.
General awareness programs for the fishermen community are being organized by Coastal Police in Coastal areas regularly.
In many occasions Kerala Coastal Police, has to undertake dangerous rescue and search by venture operations into the sea, especially in rough seasons.
